Meet the removal team that help Henry & Son removal move 20-30 families each and every week. Without a doubt these hard working removal experts are focused on your experience. In addition they certainly know their stuff regarding house removals and this ensures you get the best possible removal experience. Furthermore your removal crew will work tirelessly in blistering heat, pouring rain or freezing conditions. To summarise the culture here we display a slogan on the walls, it says:

As a matter of fact the culture here is set from the top and then seeps through the rest of the team. Basically we regularly take stock of “whats it like to work here?” Unquestionably any team needs to develop, a point often overlooked. Without doubt employees come first, once this is established then a the mindset of “The customers experience must be the best available” develops and brilliant service becomes the minimum standard.
Odd Job Man
Warren has been helping people move home or business since he was a teenager, helping his father moving people back in the 1980's. Warren is responsible for the development of the removal team and can be found working on new ideas to improve and grow the business whilst maintaining our high standards.
Time with his family is important to Warren. Always looking forward to spending time with his children George , Grace and little Will and loves being in family settings or a family get together.
Matthew has been involved in the transport industry since 2001. He is a truly great all-rounder and keeps the team amused with his wicked sense of humour. In addition Matthew started with Henry & Son back in June 2010. He can be found either on the road meeting potential clients or helping out in “Mission Control” back at the depot. Matt also won the 2018 Employee of the year award!
Matt loves his family.... after that he loves Tech! or anything to do with computers, wires, gadgets and anything that plugs into the mains or has batteries in!
Kerry is our Finance Manager and keeps an eye on all the numbers running through the business and is possibly the best Finance Manager a company could wish to have! In addition Kerry started with Henry & Son in April 2018. Good with numbers and good with people Kerry will do her best to help you the best she can.
Time with her family making sure all of them are well cared for is important to Kerry. Also loves to get away to warmer destinations with her family and is known for her love of Cockerchon dogs. And as a matter of fact has bred several litters!
Rob is one of life’s happy and positive beings. He is always willing to help in any situation. He is a great listener who puts his clients first, a top bloke. By the way, Rob started with Henry & son back in March 2016. Furthermore, Rob is always out and about meeting potential clients looking to put their trust in a removal company.
"Holiday Rob" lives for his family and his HOLIDAYS!! Yes Rob loves holidays, he has worked in the travel and tourism industry and loves to get away.
Raj is tremendously good with clients and spends his days chatting, questioning and describing moving scenarios with people who are on the move. He has lots of experience, previously with Pickfords and has won our “Extra Mile” award! Furthermore Raj started with Henry & son back in August 2016. You can find him sat firmly in the middle of “Mission Control” – our operations office. Chances are you will speak to Raj when you call the office.
A big family man, he has 3 young boys that keeps him busy. Raj loves Marvel characters and heroes from TV, Film and comics. Raj is often a hero in our clients eyes when he is helping them navigate through the removal process.
A social Bee
Gail’s career has focused on customer service roles working within family run businesses. Attention to detail and pride in her work are clear to see. Furthermore, since Gail joined the company in 2017 she has helped to implement some major changes in "Mission Control". Generally Gail can be found in the office helping clients with either removals or storage.
Outside of work Gail travels extensively and also finds the time to manage a Slimming World class and gets brilliant results for her members. She is also regularly photographed with well known celebrities.
Dave is a dependable, experienced professional who is usually found driving one of our 40ft pantechnicons around the UK. Dave won our 2016 Employee of the Year! Dave really does go “The Extra Mile” for his clients and is a well thought of member of our team. What's more Dave has had great praise since starting with Henry & son back in 2015.
This man loves to spend time working on his home and garden. Dave has a brilliant sense of humour and can be heard around our depot from time to time! :)
Naughty but nice
Rick is a great team leader with lots of experience and has completed thousands of removals in that time. Also Rick has been with the company for many years and was awarded Employee of the Year 2017! Fame at last… In addition Rick has been with Henry & Son Removals since 2010 and has lots of experience helping people move.
A fantastic sense of humour. Ricky can always be heard in a crowd!
Cam has embarked on a career in the removals and storage industry. He has a sound administration background and dealing with customer requests..
A keen footballer and occasional football team manager, Cam can be found in the stands of a football stadium at weekends and in his free time.
Nathans career path has seen him develop into a competent 18 ton pantechnicon driver and team leader. He is a very positive member of our team. He is professional and dedicated to his role.
Nathan has a lovely partner and 4 children at home that keep him busy, busy, busy!
Simon has many years of experience within the removals industry and first started with the company back in 2010. He has completed thousands of removals and can manage large high profile moves. A real asset to this team.
Simon’s passion is managing football teams and gifts his time to train, manage and coach upcoming stars of the future.
Lukasz is enjoying his role within the removals industry, he is keen and enthusiastic.
Lukasz’s passion is motorcycles and hopes to be riding a Ducati in the future.
Scott has many talents and enjoys the removals industry. Scott is a skilful dismantling and rebuilding expert and is looking to gain his class 2 license.
Scott’s passion is everything Mini, he has a collection of classic Mini’s and in his free time enjoys fixing and repairing his collection.
Josh has really taken his challenge of a career in the removals industry seriously and is a keen and positive member of the team.
Josh has recently become a home owner and is busy improving his new home along with two Siberian Husky dogs that need his time and attention.
Max is a lively and colourful character learning his craft in the removals industry and is a keen and positive member of the team.
Max Roller-Skates to work each morning and can be seen whizzing around the footpaths of Hinckley each day on his way to work.
